can anyone recommend some good movies or shows to watch?please

@popsicle If you are into the thriller genre then you would love Shutter Island, Inception, prisoners,psycho,the silence of the lamb, Nightcrawler
You may watch an animated series named Monster which is about a neurosurgeon who will have to choose between a poor guy who was supposed to be operated by him first
.....and a VIP who is very beneficial for the hospital but the doctor was forced to operate the rich guy and was told that 'NOT ALL LIFE IS VALUABLE'
the series is a little bit long but worth it

If you want to explore new dimensions of life then Shawshank redemption and Green Mile are just best two examples I can remember

@popsicle Johan Liebert, the main antagonist in monster by Naoki Urusawa,shares some similar characteristic traits with joker from batman.He manipulates criminals for his own sake.You can find it on YouTube

If you love comedy then you can give great teacher onizuka a try.It's about an ex gangster becoming a teacher
