Trump vs RACISM, is he racist?

My position is that Trump is racist. People can do racist actions without announcing that they are racist. That's what Trump does. Some people may not be afraid to be racist but there is such thing as saying racist things.

Because the easiest way to keep control of your country is to convince the people that every problem they have is caused by someone else. The wall will never happen, they just need the idea of it to focus people on Mexicans being a problem. As long as people blame the Mexicans for everything, and the solution looks simple but at the same time is unattainable, the government never has to do anything about its own problems.

"Oh everything would have been better if only that mean government let Trump build his wall. Now we have crime everywhere! If only more people had supported him we wouldn't have all these problems..."
