In reference to Age Restrictions
We want our community to be as open and inclusive as possible, but we also want it to be safe, secure, and in accordance with the law. Consequently, users must be at least 13 years old to be admitted into Live Chat.Rules & Content Policies
1- Asking, posting, or swapping pictures and all related to Adult, Nude and same stuff are not acceptable and will take serious actions against the specified user.2- Using sexual keywords such as 'Horny', 'Sexting', 'Talking dirty', 'Camsex' , 'Trade or Exchange', 'RolePlay or RP', 'Sugar daddy', in a Message or as a Username, is strictly prohibited.
3- Messages with inappropriate content equals warning and message-deleting and/or ban.
4- Junk messages, and also spamming in any way would face serious actions.
5- Never share someone's private or confidential information. We all get outraged by the ignorant things people say and do online, but witch hunts and vigilantism hurt innocent people too often, and such comments will be removed.
6- Promoting or linking sites about online dating, making friends or money making, and also scamming sites for grabbing users personal info is totally unacceptable. No begging for money for any reason. Advertising or self-promotion is also not allowed in the chat.
7- Make sure you don't make the website unusable with an excessively repeated posting of messages or links or images in both private and public chat sections for other users. Such actions will have serious consequences.
8- Please don't be extremely offensive towards a fellow user. You CANNOT insult the parents or culture of the user, you cannot make the user feel uncomfortable in any way. TalkWithStranger wants a friendly environment for all its users. Racism, of any kind, is not allowed.
9- TWS live chat always welcomes healthy discussions, but then that discussion shouldn't turn into a group fight. Opinions of people always differ, you should respect them.
10- You have your Freedom of speech at the same time the other users have their Right to dignity. Your Right to free speech is not to impede their Right to dignity. In case your actions are degrading other users or making their experience undesirable, necessary actions will be taken against you. Those actions can include a "ban on sight" rule which moderators will determine if need be.
