@Hyde It is not necessarily bad to gain fat, as long as your body fat % doesn't get too high.
I would say you should try to eat a lot of fruit and plant based stuff like chickpeas, and then start doing arm and leg stuff at the gym. Remember to eat big meals, and always drink a little more water than u think u need. -

I am right now doing not much sports exept snowboarding and many run' around's cause of my job but i am 5'' 3 height and 48 kg weight right now
also i fastet for 16 hours a day ..because i easly gain fat but it isn't really an good way right?~~ -

I think i eat enough vegetables also fish and also tofu things i am from Japan ya know there we have a lot of fish /meat /vegetables and also tiny portions a day
but that might be the point !
I gonna try to eat more because i easly gain but also fast lose fat cause of my running around everytime ~

@Hyde if you're a musician that does a lot of running, then just start eating way more. You should be healthy enough :) drink less coffee tho, and more water and fruit juice.

Hey, I want to know, how do you get to speed up the metabolism, as I heard that's one of the main solutions to lose weight fast.
I used to box for a while and after quitting, I gained some weight and even with a kind of diet nothing actually happened so any advices?? -
@stellarstellass I stopped eating sugar for a while like 3 weeks and minimized eating generally, I don't actually have knowledge about diets.
