I know this might sound weird... But I really wouldn't care all that much.
You see, humans are naturally monogamous. Of course, it's preferable to be faithful to your partner, but relationships are about enjoyment. If a girl and two men can enjoy themselves and not fight over each other, I'd say it works just fine.
