I'm a bit overwhelmed with anxiety and as a result, depressed. Besides what is going on in the outside world, you know, covid, Trump temper tantrum, i feel I cannot leave the house. Last week I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Next week I start chemo. Other weird things are going on. As for background, retired Air Force, retired teacher. 66 years old, married, and disabled.
