•How does our product(Tom Ford perfume) help our target audience? What problem does it solve?
•How often do people switch their beauty brands?
•Does our target(the ones buy perfume) consumers read online reviews before making a purchasing decision?
•What are the types of customers that are buying the same products or services?
•What places do they frequent shop the most?
