I don't think there's a way to be instantly happy. In fact, I don't think there is a way to be happy. I'm probably just as miserable as you are. Closest thing I get to happiness is through escapism. I just listen to music all day, that's my form of escape. Other people drink alcohol, play games, scroll social media, just anything to distract themselves from problems. I'm so down bad for anyone to talk to, hmu if ur feeling brave (or down bad idfk)
Which is the greater tragedy:
an innocent person imprisoned or a guilty person set free? Explain.
innocent person who got imprisoned id say bc most probably if he didnt do what he was accused of doing, he didnt also choose to be locked up for who knows how long. your taking his right to live freely and on his own. compared to someone who chose to live by his decision. its his fault why he might feel guilty.
@khrnz Good answer, thanks for sharing. Though being guilty and feeling guilty aren't necessarily the same thing. If a guilty man were allowed to walk free, who's to say he feels anything even remotely similar to remorse for whatever it was he may have done? A lack of such feeling may only lead to repeating the offense.
