@TheGoldenMole It is all about emotions, people do change some in a positive way some in a negative way. Some people change to do some positive and good changes in them and some changes in a negative way which mostly happens in relations .This is life we have to change we are not tress that we would be stuck at one place. @kaf Yes they are.. But nothing good comes free. If you get PRP you'll have sessions depending upon how much hair you have and you'll need to take certain medicine for almost an year. If you get hair transplant you'll need to do extra care for your hair, take medicine for a long time and need checkups for a few month as well. So I suggest you to save money on trying to control your hairfall and get one of these procedures done.
