Why does the convo always suddenly stop when the other person is still typing

Is it possible to stop others’ convo without being in it? I’m confused cuz I saw ppl saying that on google.

@iloveyouNOT Maybe it's not possible in here...Sometimes the chat disconnects due to tech n stuff n so it says still typing when in real, it's disconnected already..This is frustrating actually...But good luck to u in finding Haiter

Same thing happened to me. Was having the best conversation with a person from Bangladesh and suddenly got disconnected. Really annoying.
