instagram problem need help

My instagram pictures turn blurry after a few days or hours after i posted them. I have good quality pictures actually. Iphone 7. Does anyone here has the same problem??? and knows how to fix it?? Its just so fckin annoying.

It's might be possible that they are only looking blurr to u and it happens sometimes bcz of bad internet connection.
If this is not the case then write the problem on Aplle community u will get the solution within few hours.
