Happy Memorial Day

It saddens me to see that no one, to my attention, has posted anything for today.

In case you have not realized, today is the day we are to honor our fallen heroes who gave the ultimate price for our freedom.

So many people take this fact with a grain of salt, but our freedom, our ability to be online and just post something as simple as gratitude, wouldn't be available if it weren't for them.

The War Heroes.

And it strikes me deep down, to my very core to witness so much hate directed to our Veterans.

In case you haven't realized, thousands, if not millions, of men and woman sacrificed, and still are, their lives for you, and you, and you, and me. Yet we take this liberty so lightly as if all we had to do was lift a finger and it was done.

My Father is a Veteran, and I am thanking the Lord in Heaven that he is still alive and kicking today, where I can still hold him in my arms and say I love him.

To all you families out there, who have lost someone because of our cold reality, I, as well as many others I'm sure, thank you.
