Hey you sound kinda new to this whole pc thing I would recommend getting a prebuilt PC but if you want the best bang for your buck you want to build it yourself this is just a starter but for streaming you want a good cpu and gpu with some decent storage and memory you don’t have to shell out for the fancy led systems when your just starting out cause you can swap out piece din the future with nicer parts here is a good starting enthusiast pc @ghost08971
