@Bill-Dhivid Well, I don’t know, you’re the expert. Theoretically it might happend again because matter is dynamic not static. Am I right? It’s constantly moving and reacting and transforming... About the publishing, I had the desire, but right now I don’t think I have enough experience of it. I still need to learn how to write an impressive and acceptable papers. @Bill-Dhivid Yes I did. The recovery's been caused by a strong and long lived polar vortex, no relation with air quality changes or the reduction in pollution. Also it's still too early to attribute this phenomenon to climate change.
