Yes and no as well. It all depends on the gamer. If the gamer is mature enough then it won't make him violent, if not, it can easily influence him/her to becoming violent, thats why games have age restrictions. Sometimes, a mature person can rage alot, but raging isn't necessary to be violence. Its just a nature a human has when things dont go his way.
