I have a genuine question for those of you at home in the Philippines.

I would like to know, how are mental health concerns treated there? Are there services you can access, councilors, doctors, clinics, hospital's etc that are easy to access, free, or cheap?

Is it covered by healthcare? Is everyone entitled to help no matter what there class in society, be is low, middle or high class, can all get help?

And I am curious, what is the stigma around mental health? Is it frowned upon, not spoken of, shamed, kept secret, or is it open, people feel free to talk about their concerns, seek treatment easy etc?

I've never heard of this happening before myself. I'm a chef, work with lots of cultures in all aspects of the kitchen & front of house. Lots of Japanese, I never whitened any discrimination. They have been very nice & polite to me, I show the same respect in return

I've lived with a monster, and I'll die a good man. But to be honest, from what I've seen... These monsters don't even know, they can't see how fucked up their life is, or that they have an issue in the first place. It's a very sad & lonley life for the monster. That's a long time of self hate, self conscious, and anger to deal with. I'd be happier to die a younger man good than bad though. I don't destroy people's lives.

Eye contact, posture, expressions, talkitive, quiet. I don't mean to, but I tend to profile people pretty easy. When you meet lists of people in life, work etc, you generally get a good intuition on personal profiles. You've eventually bound to meet all. But you'll get a curve ball now and then. I certainly had my fair share of miss judgements.
