@thestrangest i’ve been in psychwards many times and every doctor has said I have major depression and Bipolar 1 disorder, don’t assume i’ve never been diagnosed.

I’m really hoping it’s soon. we keep getting small teasers of nice weather and then it turns right back into cold/wet bullshit 🙃 hahah
Hopefully now that we’re basically in April it will be smooth sailing from here.

Oh man, if I could only do that lol.
I would have a very long chat with my 15 yr old self.
I would start off by telling them to stop being so angry at the world and that it does eventually get better.
I would tell them to stop taking drugs and getting into trouble because it's going to make things a lot worse in a year or so.
i would tell them NOT to get into a relationship with my ex of 5yrs and to suggest making better friends, to take school seriously and to be better than what I was.

If anyone has figured out how not to be an anti social depressive shithead, let me know. I’m not very good at subsidizing my depression 🤨
