With private groups it's hard to keep an eye on whats going on inside. For people above 18 or 21 that's not as big of a problem as with people below that age and even children. I think working with a strong moderation policy and loyal mod's is the best way too start. You got personal contact, learn the visitors a bit. Keep an eye on things. Bots are programmed and do their thing, true, but when a group or room is brand new a bot is not keeping the talks going...

Make sure everybody can find, read and understand the privacy and user policy. In understandable language for children starting at 13 and up. 13 and up you might think? Privacy is talked about, a lot. Children too know, sort of, whats going on. Just look at them as clients, not as children. Setup a costumer service with real life people who take their time for every client or, maybe even more important, concerned parents.

Start blogging for parents. In language that is more suitable for parents and other responsible people. Blog about the business, whats happening, plans and ideas. safaety...everything that parents want to know about. And the who is blogging needs to be in key position.
Invite guest bloggers, go guest blogging.

Invite parents, get outside, make sure people know who you are and what you do in here.
Be transparent as you possible can.

Advertise/Radio/TV/ No newspaper or other door-to-door magazines.
Create a mailinglist. Get a opt-in and opt-out system and send people a monthly newsletter. And with a single click they are on your site. The money was in the list back in the days and it still is!

Furtermore, Please drop the 6+ month old posts to the bottom...nobody looks at them and it scares people off...Like there is nothing happening in there.

Organize chat-inn's. Try to get known or even better, famous people who visitors can chat with.
Its super easy for the famous, they don.t even have to leave their homes and its free campane for them.

I think you have to get the focus away from features and focus on the things I mentioned. That is what people care about. You could also open a twitter account. But please make sure you make it personal...tweet as a human. Not as an app.

Maybe I can tell you in short about what happend in my life last 2 weeks. It's all about choices en making the wrong ones.

I hade this job, till 3 days ago, Some of you may find it disturbing and if you do i hope you let me do my story..
This job was in helping young woman, some not older then 18, in making the right choises in life. The area were I moved around in was in de online adult industry. There were so many young girls trying to make it in the industry and got lost. Lost in live....One day I thought, if I say to those girls NOT to do this work, they were probably lauging at me and doing it anyway. So I decided to help them, make right choises, not let them be intimidated by men and spend their earnings well.

Did that for 3 years without charging any money.

2 weeks ago, I stopped. Could not do it anymore. And theise girls, they all got pissed off and angry. So I just..left.

This week I spoke with a man I only saw once before. He know the work I did. Wednesday he offered me to work with him. Also in the industrie but with aldults and all legit and taking care of. I'm a webdesigner and going to do those websites...out of thin air.

Today Mr. AtariJones visited me. I was Surprised. He offered me to follow him to theTjeg republic and be his namesponser and be the name sponsor for this arts series he does.

What i am trying to say. Everybody has to walk his own path of life. We all get hurt now an then. But its your pain and make you stronger every single time.

Some guy at a job interview got the following question. And you might know that questions at job interviews can be a bit...odd.

The question was; It's a rainy and stormy day and your driving in your 4 week old car. Your proud that you could afford a car like that. Who would have thought...

When you drive nearby a busstop you noticed 3 people trying to hide from the rain and wind. The first one is the woman of you dreams! The way she looks is simply stunning. If you only had the chance to talk to her.
The second person is that dude who gave you money so you could get home save a few years ago. You never saw him before and he just gave you money. He saved your day, that day.
The third one is an elderly lady. And by the way she looked you can say that she was ill. Grey skin, looked a bit sad and tired. It's not good for that lady to stay outside in the rain.

You in your brand new car only have two passenger seats but you really, really do not want to leave one af them to stay in the rain.
Look at that girl. You can't leave her behind, she might be the woman of your future children. And that old lady, come one. Really leave her behind?
That stranger, you never met before who just gave you money to get home. This is the opportunity to thank him.,,
Only two seats, what do you do?

The guy sits back, thinks a second and says;
I give the car keys to the guy who gave me the money that one day. Tell him to bring the old lady to where ever she needs to go and give him my phone number so I can later get my car back.
And I wait for the bus at the busstop with the woman of my dreams who I later marry with, have beautiful children and a happy life.

I think Earth was always where it is now. And there might have been ice ages and polar shifts and meteorites and all that. But never a God.

First we had a whole bunch of Gods. Big gods for big things and mini gods for mini things. That was hard to control, Gods got mixed up and people start making there own Gods and people start to act as Gods...it got messy.

So the world leaders back then, not to be confused with Gods, made up this kick ass plan.
