but most of my interests/passions, over the years have been blunted down

feels weird, i was dependent on a online group for socialising but they've left me. It's very hard for me to go out rn, for a variety of reasons.
work is there, other things are there but no passions no.

@Julie2005 No ofc not! I'm glad you replied, it feels nice to talk tbh. I'm just in this weird place where i feel i'm too old to be struggling with this kind of shit, like bad depression to the point of not doing anything or friends leaving
