@Livetodie No it is not okay. Don't do this. There is a solution to every problem. I am sure something can surely be done to get you in a better place than you are right now. You, just as any other soul, deserve to be cherished, cared for, and loved deeply. And of course protected. And I am sure, that you may not be receiving the treatment and support that you deserve, to overcome whatever it is that is bothering you at this time. Only then you'd be troubled with such thoughts. So please, don't end your life, come and talk to me perhaps? I'd love to hear you out, and give whatever advice I am able to. Or to try to guide you at least. My DMs are open, I beg you to come and share all of your worries if that would make you feel better.

I don't know what you are going through, but I am sure that it must be very tough. But I can assure that there will be better days, there must be a better option. There always is. Your life is sacred; precious. Don't harm yourself.

@Janet That's so crazy, that sounds fascinating as well. I am afraid of anything that crawls haha i.e. insects and especially snakes!! But that's way too common of a fear to have, surely not everyone in the past got bit by a spider or snake and died :joy:

@Janet Yeah it's crazy, they just need to read up on some physics.

There's also this one that claims that the reason that new-born babies cry is because of their past life; they remember the way they died but then all their memory is washed away. It sounds pretty nonsensical but then there are stories of young kids who were born on exactly the same date that someone died and they somehow remember details from that dead person's life indicating that it was their past life or something.

@Janet I love conspiray theories! Is the Mandela effect counted as one? idk. I really like the spookier ones that seem realistic, can't think of any at the top of my head. But the flat Earth one is such nonsense lol! I used to watch Shane Dawson conspiracy videos before he got cansilled.

@Ashish_ I always find it helpful to express myself when there is conflict in my mind, and some turmoil in my life. Or when I'm just feeling down. Writing it down helps a lot, yes, but I find myself often having an internal conversation about whatever is going on. It helps to freshen my mind and perspective. I talk to myself within, or I actually talk to God, and it makes me feel so light; like a weight being lifted from my chest.

Sometimes we are moving so fast in our lives with everything going around us so quickly that it becomes overwhelming, almost suffocating. So it's quite important to pause and reflect on how we feel, to regain our balance, reinforce our purpose and to feel calmer.
