I used the term "valid unit" I posted where decides the scientific definitions of various units. Point out where the term "moment" is defined by those who get to decide such things. A former use of a measure Is not a current "valid" term. That's why a chain is a rough measure of length and not a valid distance, it is not currently defined. Am I making sense here?
