@stellarstellass I always drink more coffee as water or i drink water only when i work!
I think i eat enough vegetables also fish and also tofu things i am from Japan ya know there we have a lot of fish /meat /vegetables and also tiny portions a day
but that might be the point !
I gonna try to eat more because i easly gain but also fast lose fat cause of my running around everytime ~
I am musican so i gonna keep on LIVE show's it's exhausting

so what's the best way to gain weight or also lose of it?
I am right now doing not much sports exept snowboarding and many run' around's cause of my job but i am 5'' 3 height and 48 kg weight right now
also i fastet for 16 hours a day ..because i easly gain fat but it isn't really an good way right?~~

@RockChickXL That's kind of interessting i never really thinked about how ti sense out my character but i guess i am changing between wild on my work and shy and quiet on my private life ~ I am quite really senstive too nothing more to say or i can't even describe myself really good but i would say i am crazy and i am some kind of emotionaly and well i am otherwise really stubborn and picky i think that's something to describe my entire me :D
