After a terrible breakup 2 years ago I've done nothing but basically sulk. I work in a dead end Security job and steadily putting on pounds as all I'm doing now is online gaming when not working. Not even going to the gym anymore because I don't value myself and have any motivation to go. Is there any way to even sort this ?
Before u suggest friends or family I don't really have any, friends are too far spread since I moved to where I am now. And family is a big no no
