@willoww it’s easy to lose motivation working out by yourself because you have no one to push you. As for work out music I don’t have a specific song but any song with upbeat fast paced rhythm works great for me. Here’s one example that I might listen to.

I’m going with sandwiches .You need more protein for energy. Meat on sandwich could be a lean protein.
Definitely shoes . Protection of the feet is key.

What is a friend? A friend is someone who’s always there for you. Someone who would do anything for you to help you out. Someone who can make you laugh when your sad and pick you up when you’re down. And sometimes those friends become more like family than friends and everyone could use more friends like that.
Sometimes when your feeling down and you need to talk to someone you can’t find the words to say. You don’t want to drag others down with you. At least in my personal situation it’s what I always resort to. I don’t mean to, I never try to hurt friends by shutting them out. It’s just what I do.
Take it from me it’s not worth it to shut friends out. They don’t want to be left out, they want to help you just like you would for them.
So never cut friends out of your struggles. Open up and don’t be afraid to ask for help. It doesn’t make you weak for needing help, it makes you strong for having the courage to.
I’ve been through a lot lately and I’ve shut a lot of people out and lost some good friends because of it. So to anyone who has been hurt by me shutting them out I apologize. And just know how much I appreciate you all.
