RE: So I just saved a bird, maybe...
@petrapark3r said in So I just saved a bird, maybe...:
Today I went to the vet, and now I know a bit more. The bird is a young blackbird, and it has a broken leg. Prolly fell out of its nest. The vet, a nice japanese woman, made a leg brace:
And she told me I should bring it to the Naturschutz-Bund. So I braught it to this nice lady who runs the local Naturschutz-Bund branch. She has a whole cage full of young or hurt birds who cannot fly. And she feeds them with a little injection jab one by one every hour :open_mouth:. I had no idea taking care of birds was this much of an occupation. Thankfully there are people like that who devote their free time like this to the poor little creatures . And thanks to her husband who obviously provides the main income for the family. I'm really moved by this...
That's nice.. :)
I remember ten light years ago, we used to hunt for spiders and an abandoned bird's nest in the forest.. then we will feed the hungry birdies with banana or papaya. We rescued 3 not-so-feathered-abandoned-birdies and incubate them to fully grow. After a couple of days , their feathers started to cover them until they were able to fly

@Roney1718 there are still "mental clashes" that will going to happen even if you're compatible.. it's inevitable. It's about compromise at the end.

@petrapark3r well, that's your philosophical views about this topic and I agree to disagree. We are different , we have diverse cultures, belief, upbringing and opinions. Thanks for sharing your choices though
I didn't say it was impossible... But tell me, do you have any experience supporting your view? Have you been together with someone with whom you were not physically compatible (who's smell you didn't like) ?
Nope. I haven't.. but having different emotional and intellectual compatibility make the rs impossible to withstand. Didn't meet halfway, one is always one leap downward to the other.
What is "rs"?
I think if you have emotional compatibility you'll get over that. If you don't rub it into the other one's nose that you're smarter.
Also I believe that especially in our times, the competition between the genders is greatly exaggerated and many relationships fail because the woman wants her man to be stronger than her, but at the same time she needs to prove that she's just as strong in every way.
But you are right, honestly, I think you actually should have three of those, e.g. physical chemistry, emotional & intellectual compatibility. Intellectual compatibility does not have to mean you have to have the same IQ, it means that you get each other, that's good enough for me.
Rs- relationship.
Atlast you got my point. The topic only needs 2. So, those 2 were top on list. -
RE: Which one do you prefer dating for marriage or for fun ?
@Leoweirdo well, I don't have anything against your opinion.. be whatever it is.

@petrapark3r that's why I said we are all different

Now I think I should add something. If you exclude the possibility of marriage from dating, then I think you need to grow the f up. But I still think it's okay, if you let the other understand properly.
Now another thing I think, is that dating ≠ having sex. Having sex is much more serious to me you know? And you should never just hop onto it without properly thinking through what you're getting yourself into...
Well, I didn't say you are though. That's the reality about dating nowadays.. (imo)

@Leoweirdo what if I just base it on someone's situation?
