It can definitely happen! The only company I had during a really hard part of my life was a guy, we would talk every day and we were basically best friends even if he was really far away. Sometimes you just don't think about gender and you just need a good friend.

@jynextremist I've had one guy ask me how many family members I've had??????? It was the single most random question anyone has ever asked me and it was so creepy

I just like having a friend that listens to my ranting even if they don't relate to what I'm saying or someone that is patient and has a good sense of humor. I've only had one friend like that in real life but she was my best friend.

When they start assuming how I feel, such as assuming I'm angry or upset even though I've done nothing to make it seem that way. Or when they ask me questions that are WAAAAY too personal.

Telling secrets to people, even online is difficult, but I'll tell a small one. I used to keep a diary and a dream journal when i was younger but it was mostly filled with rants about how i hate something or someone...I have no idea where the book is now.

I love Silence of the Lambs and The Iron Giant, they're both very good movies
