This is one of the problems of this site, which we have pointed out many times in the past.
TWS gave too much "power" to the mods, which most of the time leads to abuse of that power. This is not the first time I experience such abuse of power by the mods.
How can we, regular users complain about such abusive mods? Clearly, no room for that here because of the so called "trust" by TWS and the mods.

The culprit has appeared. You were the one who banned me for 3 consecutive days. Outrageous, demorilizing and an abuse of power. I didnt do anything in these past three days and why dafaq does calling someone "bebe" affects you so much? Maybe you're just jealous and deprived of love? pfft.

How can you be so sure that a user is telling the truth just by asking the age? You'll never know the actual age in this virtual environment.
I can be a 10 yo kid pretending to be 18 or vise versa.
I hope you get my point. Age restriction can be stated there but...
It is a responsibility (rather own choice) of the user whether he/she wants to join here regardless of age.
On the issue of racism, curses and slurs, how can I not respond to those hindi curses from other users? This cannot be avoided because of our differences (religion, race, gender, views, etc). I have been here for quite some time so I know some of the hindi curses (from the old livechat and banter) so I just respond in kind.
On the issue of of "ban on sight". This is clearly outrageous and a demonstration of mod-abuse. Yes, i noticed that the ban period resets after a day or two, but if you are banned consecutively (for no apparent reason), is already too much. I have been banned for three days in a row (this monday to wednesday) right after logging in.
I want to know who this mod is. Such audacity ha! You are not the owners of this site. You are making this rather unusable for other users. He/she should be removed from the list of mods.
@Janet There are "holes" is your so called rules.
1). How will you know the exact age of a user when you cant even see their infos. Your judgement is merely based on your own opinion/guess. You can never tell the exact age of a user here. Users can lie. This is the internet after all. Yet you ban those who you "feel" below 13 yo.
2). The sanctions/actions by the mods are not clearly indicated/stated here. There is no "ban on sight" order here. So make it clear. If you want to impose a stricter rule, then mention here explicitly.
Clearly, who laid out these rules are bunch of amateurs pretending to be good users.

I've had enough of this shit. This morning was the nth time that I have been banned from Live Chat for no apparent reason. It's as if my mere presence causes an allergic reaction to whoever the mod is.
