I dont think I could ever go vegan but theres some really good recipes I have tried that are vegan. I'm a chef I went to school for it. Theres tons of things you can replace meat with. Try cauliflower steaks, vegetarian linguine, veggie rolls, vegan ziti, and risotto. The possibilitys are endless.
