RE: Life lesson for today: Always try a different approach to a problem.
@Karina-Kara True!! By the scientific method when we test hypotheses or if an experiment is done there is to have methodology. When the methods used have no effect, it is necessary to change the approach and be open to new ways of thinking about the object of study. Life is the same with life.

RE: In a perfect world , would you rather have more knowledge, more imagination ,or more empathy?
@cjko Thanks to extend our discussion Ckjo! I like your topics!
We are emotional and sensory creatures endowed with reason and free will, still dominating our most primitive impulses guided by selfishness.
In a perfect world the quality of these emotions would lead us to harmony and justice. Our sensory experiences lead to diverse emotions and lead to decision making. With higher scores of empathy allied to rationality we would be able to make fair decisions, for in an idealized world of perfection there would be no pride and selfishness, which are the source of ignorance. Ignorance gives rise to evil, which is the absence of good. -

RE: Your reaction upon receiving an egg from a stranger.
@Karina-Kara Following another line. When the origin is unknown and there is no possibility of tracing the supplier of the food, in the case of raw or cooked eggs offered, salmonella is suspected and this poses a health risk, so it would be politely refused. Food safety wherever possible except in during war cases, or extreme survive.

RE: The 8 monkeys...
@ObviouslyLucifer Ivan Petrovich Pavlov called this behavior as "conditioning". He made experiences with dogs using eletric shocks. Skinner who studied the positive and negative reinforcements in rats and still Piaget who used his own children for his Constructivism experiments. Studying the conditioning of the irrational (not in the same case of Piaget, of course), it is possible to understand human behavior.

RE: Can menstrual blood be donated to red cross?
@Kiss_My_Axe In hemodialysis there is technology of the dialysers for blood filtration; yet patients need to perform up to 3 sessions to eliminate metabolites and toxins.
Well, to water plants can even serve because it is biological material and its nutrients can be absorbed by soil and plants. We would be a good fertilizer if we did not so much contaminate the soil with the slurry of our corpses. -
RE: Im bored, wanna chat?
@Dobelius Only you can talk to someone if you "follow" this person.

RE: Is Evil Learned or Inherent?
@TheGoldenMole If we believe that evil is learned then we would be with Jean Jacques Rosseau, who says that man is pure and society corrupts him. If evil is innate then we would be in accordance with the Christian Jewish conception of original sin.
My opinion is that evil comes from the ignorance of good. From the moment the creature develops its emotions on a higher level it does not regress to evil. If the person looked good and became evil then it was all falsehood. -

RE: Is Evil Learned or Inherent?
@TheGoldenMole I think that we are creatures who tend more to evil by not being able to understand the good and its sacrifices. We create situations that lead to bad consequences due to our ego and its satisfaction. We reveal the lack of good that still exists in us.

RE: Who is the most influential person in your life and why ? :)
@cjko No doubt my parents, because with their example it was possible to walk a path without vices and without unnecessary dangers. Honesty and perseverance are the hallmarks of my parents.

A Puzzle of Religions and One Way
Imagine a great mirror that reveals the truth. It is shattered into thousands of fragments. Then each people find a fragment that reflects their image. From this point on, the Truth (I am speaking of the theory of religious knowledge, not of the scientific, since it already has its methodological definitions well delineated), then neutral gains the colors and forms of the interpretations. So it is with religions and beliefs, which they believe to be absolute. Its factual or mythological leaders, leaving aside mysticism, are loaded with expressions of wisdom and life lessons, whether in the Tale of Gilgamesh, the Egyptian Book of the Dead, Torah, Tanach, Vedas, Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, Islam , in short, all religious unfoldings, the core is always the good and the transformation of the human being exercising his compassion and love to the fellow man. Human institutions are that misrepresent their teachers and distort their teachings.
In the end each fragment or religious interpretation does not know that it is part of an endless puzzle, but that can be summed up in indistinct Love. -
RE: Whats ur political stance? Liberal, conservative, republican, communist, progressive,democratic etc etc?;
@Chicken-meat I am liberal and I believe that the State has to occupy itself with strategic points like Education, Security, Health and Economy, but with openness to the private initiative to create jobs and careers. Ronald Reagan has already said: "The best social program is employment." But I also understand and accept the development of social policies and their relevance to social development.

RE: have you ever see ghost?
@hanastrawberry I have never seen it, but when I concentrate it is possible to identify extracorporeal presences and see if the sensation is positive or unpleasant. In order to demystify, it is possible to say that when the life of the body ceases, the intelligent principle that animates it moves on into another plane of existence, possibly under specific conditions influencing human behavior or being noticed by persons with medial or psychic abilities, by clairvoyance or physical effects known by poltergeist. I recommend the documentary "The Afterlife Investigations" that talks about the Scole Experiment, in Scothland.
