I use code blocks,

Only problem is code blocks have limited space,
and you don't want users to scroll to read what you have written.
So you have to write in small paragraphs.

Men puff their chest up for two reasons, one internal, one external.

1. The internal reason is to “pump themselves up” in preparation to exercise dominance over another male.

2. The external reason is to display dominance to the opponent(s) and any bystanders.

Desmond Morris’ in his book : The human animal,
talks about all of these old,
“hard-wired” behaviors, including “fighting behavior”.
Chest puffing, removing their clothes/accessories, raised tone, tremors,
facial flushing, teeth n fist clenching are some of the examples.
All these try to “show” their strength in the hopes the other backs down.

for resources, like energy, minerals and even basic living space. 

Our Sun still has about 4 billion years left to implode,
So finding a habitable planet in another galaxy 
or another star is a problem far into the future.
