Feels like drowning in your own self-hate waiting for it all to end. At your downs what makes you feel peace is watching blood drip or seeing bruises and burns on your own flesh. You have a feeling your heart is dropping to your toes and your stomach is coming out through your mouth or feeling of emptiness when your close ones ask "why?". Feeling of nothing when people judge because you already know you mean nothing, doesn't bother me say more so I can feel my peace all over again. You're just encouraging me so please do say more.
