The Harvard Study of Adult Development — one of the longest-running studies on happiness stated by Dr. Robert Waldinger in one of the ted talks was that Good relationships keeps us happier and healthier. Social connections are really good for us and the loneliness kills. It turns out that people who are more socially connected to family, friends or community are more happier and live longer.
