My name is Anna Nyström and I was born 1992 in Stockholm, Sweden. Some of you may already know me from my instagram page – @annanystrom. Social media has a big impact on todays society, but it does not always show the whole picture and what is hidden underneath the surface. A healthy body is not just about training but also a balanced lifestyle, healthy food and a positive mindset.

It all started in 2013 when I created my Instagram account, like many others. During this time I was going through a difficult time with my health and I had days when I had too much pain to even make it out of bed. I have always loved photography, to paint and everything that involves being creative, so It became natural for me to start sharing that on my Instagram page.
