@sammy i’m not really into any sides, for my friendships are the mix of boys and girls. To me the girls who confessed enjoy being friends with guys rather than girls are bullshit, she just wanted to be surrounded by the opposite gender to make her appear to be-or feel attractive. Because afterall that girl is a girl too, and she’ll need a girl’s talk too.

And not all girls friendship are envious to each other and full of backstabbing drama, if you mature enough and able to value something in your life and be grateful enough for having an imperfect humans beside you, you won’t hurt your friends. The envious feeling is just a dust comparing to the anger if you find someone hurt your friend.

And talking about guys, they seem fine and kind to each other but actually they all wanna be the male alpha especially when they’re in front of a woman. All will try to look cooler than the rest. And when you talk about career and achievements they’ll compete not just with the guys but also the girls.

@ragnar no, from my experience, Relying too much on just love is a real pain. Because love is an impulsive feeling and tends to fluctuate from time to time, and if you’re going through a relationship without any common interest, or having too much opposite opinion and too much gaps on your perspectives, it will be hard. Too hard.. especially when he/she put you in though situations like chosing between love and career (or dream), or love and family. If he/she can’t be understanding of who you are and if you can’t understand them either, this kind of relationship will worn out by time, and the love you used to have will turn bitter and hurtful. Because the sole purpose is not about sacrificing yourself and forget your purpose just to please the other person. But to enjoy life together.

@malicealice Yes, to me religion is the way i brought up by my parents, it’s my identity, my way of finding peace and perspective to define how universe works. But i never agree in comparing or categorizing people by their religions, because afterall we all brought up in different ways but are able to write our own paths.

@ragnar i think it is because we’re too afraid to step closer, the closer you become with one person the more you have to open up. Not just open up to your feelings but your mistakes, your bad habit, dealing with their bad habit too. And the hardest thing to me is a confrontation.

When he/she really knows you inside out, and one day you did something wrong, and they point it out on you or even lecturing you, it will be really inconvinient, on one side you agree with them that you’ve made a mistake but on the other side you have your pride. And to react to that in a short time most people could say something really hurtful. And vice versa when your friend makes mistake or starting a bad habit, you’re gonna struggle to tell them but trying not to hurt them either. But if you hold it and run away from those confrontations things will only get worse because one day you’ll explode and ruin your friendship or you’ll distanced yourself and never spoke again.

Confrontation is good, followed by honesty, great forgiveness and ability to give in and apologizing. The best friendship sometimes are full of fighting scene but the importance is to forgive and be friends again like nothing ever happened.

@your1ofakind well if you’re attracted only by her appearance that’s not love. And those things can be distracted to other appearance. Also if you get your mind right, would you just fell in love for every beautiful girls? What if your aunt is beautiful, your niece is beautiful, your daughter is beautiful?

@joeallen83 wow that’s a brave move you got there, i’m less experienced either but if i have to make an opinion towards this, i think if someone suggest it for you, if the desire to adopt doesn’t come from yourself, i think it would be better to adopt older kids like 6-7 years old, that way they’re already can do many basic stuffs like talk walk eat and so on.. if you’re starting with much younger kids you’ll spend so much time taking care of them and it will be much tougher, not to mention if they got sick.. that’s a life matter so it require more responsibilities
