@Lazz kinda gave up caffeine about 1-2 months ago.

@Lazz switched to just tea without caffeine in it. I do also enjoy hot chocolate. Something warm in the hand does wonders

some people just don't like talking. I usually don't text people. They do sometimes text me, but i kind off use small sentences. I may just don't want to talk to people sometimes. It depends on the individuals involved. It's not about not enjoying your conversations. People just busy or they don't wanna talk at that time.

@Fra4455 you can be in a relationship and still be alone. You can still have lots of friends and still be alone. There can be 99 things that tell you that life is wonderful and just 1 thing that brings you down and sometimes we get sad just because of that 1 little thing. The thing is, life is just what it is. Highs and lows.

many people feel sad. That just how we built. Sad truth is we are all alone. Fuck, i was at a wedding last Saturday and the brother of the groom was having issues in his relationship, for some months now. Happiness and sadness go together, but console in the fact that you ain't alone.
