I think phones rather than technology is a great distraction. People walk like zombies, drive mindless with the eyes in the phone.Technology makes our lives easier but at a price

Flirting is not cheating as long as it's harmless and doesn't go further. And if you wouldn't mind if your significant other was doing the same thing.
You don't have to actually do anything with anyone for it to be a betrayal though. If you had intentions of sleeping with someone and for some reason you or they could not keep the appointment. That is cheating. It's really the fact that you want to do something sexual with someone that carries the essence of cheating and that causes the pain associated with it.
The actual act is merely a formality.
