How to decide if ur worth that much or u just think u do

Hii, i am 30yrs old, married to someone who is happy just with whatever he got. But I think I deserve more I need more and I am ready to try for that. Is it ok to look past everything u have and want more when ur not sure about what to do n where to start, just throw everything and start new. Or is it necessary to stick to what u got n not knowing that u r capable for something better(at least u think u are) n try to adjust.

@Angela-Rogers it’s ok to look for something more and give that freedom to your better half as well. Also discussing this with him would be good so that he knows of the things beforehand.
