Favourite ELECTRONIC songs?
-
Hi, I like electronic music. Feel free to post some of your favourite electronic tunes / artists!
Here are my favorites (sorted from chill to angry) :
genres: trance, electronica
The thing to remember with Taishi / compllege songs: It's not a song, it's a journey
genres: ambient, psytrance, trance
This is not a song, this is a journey.
genres: breakcore
Honestly idk how to sort this one. It feels really dreamy and calming even considering the downpour of drums. Honestly probably one of the weirdest genres I like tbh, idk the drums remind me of rain.
genres: trance
I nearly have to hold back tears when listening to the melody starting at 1:57. Absolutely beautiful. Nhato melodies are my favourite.
genres: psytrance, hitech, hardcore
lapix songs are something else entirely. They manage to surprise me every single time, and it seems like he can't stop experimenting with sound design. 2:13 onward is just heaven.
genres: Complextro
The arps in this are delicious.
genres: Happy Hardcore
man, happy hardcore is one of those genres that I can always vibe to. It's always so uplifting (as the name implies lol). also this song is so underrated it makes me want to cry :(
genres: psytrance, hardstyle, trap, hardcore
that moment when 1:47 hits... damn this one gets me every time.
genre: hitech
chances are you haven't heard what hitech is, even if you're an avid electronic music listener. This one is a perfect example.
genres: Camellia
the first drop is actually insane. no idea what genre this belongs under, this is just Camellia.
genres: machinegun psystyle
"wtf is a machinegun psystyle"
genres: dubstep, speedcore
YES. SPEEDCORE CAN BE GOOD. IM NOT JOKING. When the lead kicks in at 2:22, god everything after that is done beautifully.

@AXES damn I need to listen to more classics. The progressions are mesmerizing. Excellent pick!
edit: wait I replied to the wrong post, this was supposed to reply to the Pink Floyd song.

@AXES lovely composition! Kind of reminds me of this:

Not completly digital, but, has a great mix that equals todays level.. Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells

@AXES yeah honestly his music was ahead of his time. So many layers.

@ntorg I so agree. He is the reason why we have electronic/rythmic music like we do now.
