It's definitely a good show, but everything aside its not the best. While this does whittle down to personal preference I'd have to go with something like evangelion, which helped shape anime as a whole. Same thing goes for stuff like cowboy beebop and sailor moon!
How many anime should I watch to be qualified as an otaku/weeb?
