@Noruko Might I recommend some music to help pass the time? Revolver by The Beatles. All of their albums are amazing, but this one is fitting during the present time for some reason :face_with_stuck-out_tongue_closed_eyes: :face_with_monocle:
@mikeJB I don't do yoga personally, I just meditate to increase concentration, while having essential oil nearby. :) I think yoga is good and advantageous though, as it makes you more flexible, agile and is a good way for home-workout minus the equipment. You can strengthen your body that way, you know?
