Why girls get bored from boys after few 12-15 months? can't they stay friend or girl-friend for lifetime?

You just answered your own question, "girls" get bored because they cant entertain themselves, women on the other hand are different. If you are young people fly by, only few remain, those are the ones you hopefully can call friends for lifetime.
