Why we sleep? .. Some say , sleep is for weak .. Then also they say I feel sleepy.. (Hippocratic peoples xD)
So still.. WHY TF WE sleep ?
I know when kid my mom says put hands on ur eyes till u fall asleep .. So our parents taught us how to sleep?
We have to sleep coz we need to repair our body!!
I mean we need to repair above guy!! That is receptors of human brain ..
So what's wrong with it ? 🤔

So , a.t.p. is a hero (if u opened that 2 links n read 1st paragraph u will get some basic knowledge of ADP an ATP )
So yeah ATP is hero coz he do something good work , I mean gives energy to ur body or something .. (I'm not science guy)..
N ATP (a organic chemical) became ADP (a bad guy.)..
So he wanna be hero again , n for that he blocks receptors with make us wake n prevent us to became "walking dead" (zombie).. 😂
So ADP sticks to receptors n say "notice me senpai", to brain..
Brain don't have choice , he can't ignore this..
So he says others to take rest lemme focus on this nibba..
N he coverts that into ATP .. That's it..
But what happens when u take a sip of latte/capuccino?
The caffeine stick to receptors before ADP ...
But still conversion on ADP to ATP is important.. Brain can't skip this work .. Caffeine work like a resistor.. I mean like stripper ..
So brain can do other work while making lust with caffeine.. XD. (This is so romantic.. Or I made this romantic 😛)
But after sometimes caffeine will be remove n ADP covers receptors..
" OK, NOW SLEEP !!" ,brain yelled
U need too sleep at least 6-7 hours a day.. N r.e.m. I really cool .. Experience that !!

@Mr-ass33 I would like to seek for explanation abouy the story of Ngoc Thai. Ngoc Thai is well known for being "the man who never slept." At the age of 31 he came down with a severe fever and has suffered from total insomnia ever since. How did it go like that? Haha
