Meditation, especially Mindfulness meditation is a good start... it helps you get in control of yout thought. certainly helped me out a lot last year. Then, an honest and deep introspection might help you out a lot as well, think about things about you you've been neglecting or straight up repressing for a while now. this might have some side effects but it is good on the long term.
