I believe it can be. For the time that you connect and talk online, yes it can be true love. If you feel it, then it must be real. Whether it is the same after you meet in real life, that is difficult to answer. The person you meet online might not be the same as in real life. Most people are more confident, less scared, more themselves when they talk online. Nobody is afraid their little irritations, mannerisms, looks and insecurities will show.
