Toxic relationships are characterized by a lack of trust, controlling behaviors, and frequent lying.. Try to be the bigger person and encourage her to practice healthy communication. You're hurt, but I think she's hurt as well... maybe both of you need to heal individually, and learn to love yourself too. If both of you are persistent to fix the problem I think you will reach a positive result over time.
