Love games where you build stuff... Yes Red Alert and other Command & Conquer games where you build bases and armies... Age of Empires, WarCraft/StarCraft.
Also enjoy city building games. Old school SimCity, City Skylines, Anno series etc.
RPG's such as the Elder Scroll Series (Oblivion and Skyrim), and especially The Witcher series!
And some tycoon games where you manage finances and resources.

@cutie-cat I've been living in a city my entire life, surrounded by noise. Perhaps a house three lanes away from a road would be a bit quieter to sleep in? :)
