I am from Russia and today I had a dispute with my colleague about sexual harassment in USA. He told me what you might be blamed in sexyal harassment because of staring at someone in elevator. (for example). So he wanted to prove what in USA you might be blamed in sexyal harassment extreemely easely. I told him it`s bullshit, i dont believe it. Who Is Right?
