@willoww here is a technique that I have been using for a long time now. In every exam when I am feeling nervous or any task when I am feeling nervous.
I call it "false confidence", see even if you are not prepared well, or even deep down you know, its difficult to make it, just never think about it. Give yourself a false self confidence and always believe in yourself, and just think you are gonna do it. Or I would even say, you could underestimate others, simply talking already think that you are a winner. And also according to me, "overconfidence is a better thing than underconfidence".
