@wtfjudith Hi, wtf. This is my second reply to your question. I don't want to sound so cryptic on my submissions, so I'll try to actually answer your question in as few words possible.

Why is my "handle" on this site "TimeBetweenTime"? I can only answer this question with another one, one I've asked in another reply. What is space/time?

I could start several other topics with that question. This would take an inordinate amount of time, and maybe I'll post more threads on the subject.

If by "too honest," you mean kind, then yes. If you want to make a truthfully harsh statement because someone can't reflect on their own thought, no.

@wildwallflower I like your username. To me, it implies someone who is outwardly inhibited, but inwardly risky - a person one would have to know in order to understand this. I like the mystery of it.

Cute guy, if you can tell an ugly person to their face while you're looking them in the eye that you think they're ugly, that's your choice.

Me, I'd think of something that didn't hurt that person if the question came up.

Are you always truthful with yourself? Do you think about your own thoughts? Can you sympathize with another?

This is some Eastern wisdom I've read more than once, paraphrased: "I'm walking down the road with two people. The person on my right is a wise person. The person on my left is a fool. From the one on the right, I learn what to do. From the one on the left, I learn what not to do."

I see not only the obvious lesson, but a hidden one as well. Don't judge.

Nobody can know the answer to this question. Every time a person cheats, that person is cheating with another person.

Willow, when I was young I was an up-front lead singer in several rock bands. I made my living during most of those days for 13 years. Now I'm reclusive.

When I was a kid, I did many daring things, none of which any other kid would try a single one of.

Now, I'm exactly opposite. I take four psychotropic drugs for various "disorders." I'm not psychotic by a long shot, but I no longer know how to enjoy life. I expect pity from nobody. I live a life of responsibility for myself and enjoy the company of my nephew. We are close.

I come from a family of five. Three of them are dead, and they all died in the wrong order. I have no desire to play intellectual games with you. I began the big question of "the meaning of life" when I was twelve years old.

I respect everyone until they give me a reason not to.

It certainly wouldn't surprise me that you are more intelligent than I. I don't play those games. You read me wrong. What I write is me now, in the mood I'm in. An hour from now, a few days, a week - I might feel more lighthearted and playful.

@timebetweentime Beyounce15, There always have been, and always will be, prejudiced people. Don't allow yourself to be pulled into it. Accept yourself. Many people of the same race don't even like one another. You must accept yourself regardless of others. Don't allow yourself to cut off potential friends. Be magnanimous; give people the benefit of the doubt. I've met only three people in my lifetime who judged nobody. (None of them were bible-thumpers.) The only reason I wouldn't like you is if I didn't like YOU. Don't let people get you down. Enjoy your life. Cherish your friends. Few people are liked by everyone they meet, regardless of their heritage.

Lie if it spares another's feelings; if they really want the truth, tell them.
Don't lie to yourself about anything, insofar as you can be objective.

I'm not implying that some anthropomorphic or any sentient entity created anything. Maybe space-time has always been.:yin_yang: Don't let the symbol fool you; I'm not a Chinese Buddhist. But what if nothing started space-time? What if it has always been? Would it change your worldview in any way, and if so, how?
