unfortunately you cannot link stuff directly from your computer, you have to upload the images to some site like imgur or whatever and link them from there

if you want to get better quickly you have to find some pictures of people or some artwork or better yet: have someone pose for you and then try to draw exactly what you see in front of you, if you only draw stuff from your own head you're gonna progress much slower and there will be a limit to how good you can get

doing that is kind of hard work and not very creative in and of itself but thats what works
